Nightingale Institute of Nursing has affiliations with major medical centers: Northern Railway Central Hospitals, New Delhi; and other health core agencies such as District Hospital Primary Health Centre, Bisrakh, and IBHAS, Delhi; Fortis Hospital, Noida, Metro Hospital, Noida,. This solid clinical training ground gives each and every student invaluable experiential learning, a critical complement to classroom study. In addition, our clinical experiences allow students while they are learning, to actively contribute to the health of individuals and community. The students are exposed to the hospitals of rural areas and urban areas as prescribed by INC syllabus and State Nursing Council (UP).
The hospitals are equipped with modern technologies. Students are accompanied by experienced teachers in the clinical areas.
The Institute has Fundaments of Nursing Lab, Pediatric Lab, Gynae Obs Lab, Nutrition Lab, Anatomy and Physiology Lab, Microbiology Lab and Community Lab.
The students practice different procedures in the lab. All the laboratories are equipped with sophisticated articles.
Library is equipped with 5000 standard books. It contains 5 national and 5 international journals.
A computer room is available with computers having latest software. The internet facility is available in order to keep students abreast with the latest events.
The Institute owns buses for commuting between the clinical area and the Institute.
Shared and semifurnised accommodation is available with 24 hours and R.O. water supply. Generator facility is also available. Quality & hygiene food is provided by mess within the hostel premises. There is one recreation and one reading room present.
A monthly magazine titled ‘Nightingale Nursing Times’ is published since May 2004. It contains scholarly articles related to nursing. It is widely circulated to all important health care settings like hospitals, nursing homes, manufactures and govt. & private medical, paramedical and nursing institutes all over India.
